Annual Members’ Meeting

Overview

Reston Association’s Annual Members’ Meeting will be a hybrid meeting and held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. 

According to the association’s bylaws, RA is required to have an annual meeting in the month of April. The purpose of the annual meeting is to present reports on the state of the association, receive and hear the results of the election of the Board of Directors and any other referenda, and receive comments from members.

The meeting begins with opening remarks from the board president. Following the approval of minutes and a brief state of the association report from the board president, the floor opened for member comments. Members are then allowed a maximum of three minutes to speak. Members may message speak@reston.org with their name and address to sign up and speak during member comments.
