Aquatics Overview
Reston Aquatics is proud to offer pools and programs that are "safe, clean, friendly and fun" for all ages and abilities. Our swimming pool facilities have various amenities and can be rented for private parties. Please visit our WebTrac site to register for aquatics activities and programs, such as swim lessons, and for information on rentals. You can also buy recreation passes that give you access to our pools

Swim Lessons
Inclement Weather Policy
The Association reserves the right to close the Pool(s) or any section of any Pool for any reason, including but not limited to reasonable considerations related to safety, rentals, operations, staffing, maintenance, programming, or inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather, Pools and the Pool area will remain closed until 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder or sight of lightning.
Employment
Lifeguard Certification and Re-Certification Reimbursement Procedures
RA employees are responsible for certification cost until they meet the requirements of 100 hours worked. If qualification of hours is met RA will reimburse employees in September. Lifeguard procedures will be updated in the employee handbook for employees to review and acknowledge.
Scholarship Procedures
Scholarships are available for certification classes, including Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructor and swim lessons for those who qualify. Those eligible for the scholarship will reserve their space in class with a $25 fee, which will be reimbursed once they meet the requirements of employment or complete the class.
Referral Bonus
$100 referral bonus for every lifeguard referred – candidate must provide employee’s name, complete hiring process and work 100+ hours during the summer season.
